We offer three comprehensive pathways: our Full-Time program integrates NMBA's college-preparatory academics and tennis training; Hybrid Tennis & Academics (NMBA academics with morning tennis only); and Academics Only (NMBA academics for students not training on the court). Submit Pre-Enrollment Application
Once your program selection is confirmed, complete our comprehensive Pre-Enrollment Application. This detailed form collects essential information about the student, family, academic history, program interests, and any special accommodations needed. The application helps us understand your student's unique background, goals, and aspirations so we can provide personalized guidance throughout the enrollment process. Completing this step demonstrates your serious interest and allows our admissions team to begin preparing for your success at NMBA.

Meet Our Admissions Specialist
After we receive your Pre-Enrollment Application, one of our dedicated Admissions Specialists will contact you to schedule a personalized consultation. During this meeting we will review your application, answer any questions about our programs, discuss tuition assistance and scholarships, explore what makes NMBA unique, and ensure our programs are the right fit for your family. We believe in building relationships from the very first conversation.
Campus Visit & Student Evaluation
Experience NMBA firsthand with a guided campus tour at our facilities at FIU Biscayne Bay Campus and the Judge Arthur Snyder Tennis Center. You'll see our student learning environment, meet our professional coaching staff, and observe how we assess your student's academic level, athletic potential, and training needs. We want you to envision yourself as part of the NMBA family and meet the team that will guide your development.
Meet the Coaching Staff
You will have the opportunity to meet our full coaching team — both tennis and academic. Our Tennis Coaches will walk you through the Academy's training philosophy, our annual periodized training plan, and how we align court development with national and international competition goals. Our Academic Coaches will introduce you to our blended learning model, discuss core subjects, electives, and special focus areas, and show you how academics and athletics integrate seamlessly within the NMBA environment. Together, our coaching staff will begin shaping a personalized development plan tailored to your student's unique goals.
Academic Assessment & Placement
To ensure appropriate academic placement and identify any support services needed, students may be required to complete an academic assessment. This evaluation helps us understand your student's current proficiency levels and identify areas where additional support may be warranted. For students transferring from other schools, we'll review previous transcripts and standardized test results. Our Academic Director then designs a personalized education plan that challenges each student to reach their highest potential.

Once your program and academic placement have been confirmed, you will meet with our Account Manager to finalize all enrollment details. This meeting covers your final program costs, available payment plans, accepted payment methods, recurring payment setup, and any applicable discounts or financial assistance. Our goal is to make sure your family has a clear, transparent understanding of all financial commitments before you sign — with no surprises and a plan that works for you.
NMBA proudly accepts Step Up for Students scholarships. If you believe your family may qualify, we encourage you to explore our Financial Assistance page before or during this meeting so we can factor any scholarship awards into your enrollment plan.
Complete Enrollment Documentation
Following your meeting with your Account Manager, you will receive a customized enrollment package prepared specifically for your student. This package includes your Enrollment Agreement, Student Handbook acknowledgment, medical and emergency contact forms, technology use policy, and any program-specific addenda. Our admissions team will guide you through each document, answer your questions, and ensure everything is completed accurately. For international students, this step also includes I-20 documentation and visa guidance.
Orientation & Onboarding
Welcome to the NMBA family! Before classes begin, all new students and families participate in our comprehensive orientation program. You'll meet teachers and staff, receive uniforms and ID cards, learn about the facilities, complete final enrollment steps, finalize academic schedules and courses, and access our online platforms. This is where the excitement truly begins as you prepare to start your journey with North Miami Beach Academy.
